  3. A mysterious Fire that broke out in the German Parliament building in February fascinated his move.
  4. The Fire Decree of 28 February 1933 indefinitely suspended all the Rights guaranteed by Weimar Constitution.
  5. On 3march ,the famous Enabling Act was passed which finally established Dictatorship in Germany and guaranteed Hitler all his power to rule by decree.
