Tsar Nicholas was an autocratic ruler who dissolved the people's parliament Duma in just 3 months during the year 1905. He stopped people from asking questions on his misuse of power. He adopted discriminatory policies which led to social and political unrest. This led to the Russian Revolution in the year 1917 and Tsar Nicholas was held responsible for it.
