Lenin was the leader of Bolshvik communist party.In April 1917 Lenin returned to Russia from his exile . Hectake over of soviets and to rule country Russia , he promised three things which came to be known as Lenin's 'april thesis:

1- war be brought to a close

2-land be transferred to peasants

3- banks be nationalised
