At the time of beginning of World War II,Gandhi ji and all the political leaders of INC and Muslim league appealed common citizen not to join British Royal Army in order to help them in Winning the War,so British Officials in British India offered Two conditions to Leaders on behalf of British crown.
1.If British Indian help them by joining the army and fight for them in that deadly war they will Provide Freedom to India.
2.All the Executive Decisions will be taken by British Officials by excluding Indian from this power
