Answer:

1) Permanent Settlement :- Zamindars are treated owners of the land. They are free to tax peasants 1/11th of collected tax kept with zamindar and 10/11th to British. Later it was changed to a way a pre decided amount has to be payed by zamindar to British,he is free to tax as much as he can. This formed the emergence of feudalism in India.Mostly in eastern India the most fertile area.Cornwallis introduced it.

2) Mahalwari System:- One or More villages constitute a Mahal. peasants are owners of land and village committees are responsible for collection of tax. Introduced by William bentinck. In central India to be precise.

3) Ryotwari System:- Ryot (Farmer) is recognized as owner. Tax directly collected from him. Predominant in NE West and Southern India.( Reason for Riots of south has much better land ownership records than elsewhere in country). Thomus Munro introduced it.

Underlying fact all three tried to maximize their revenue income.
