Answer:

When I look back on the moments that made me feel the most passionate and alive, I remember the times where unconditional love for a significant other provided me the drive to serve them and make them always feel happy. I remember the times when experiences abroad in faraway, unknown places sparked a deep curiosity for difference and challenge. I also remember the times when my commitment to a cause, such as Somu Energy in Nepal, and the entrepreneurial zest and uninterrupted freedom to innovate and build made me feel like I was doing EXACTLY what I wanted to do, and that freedom became so much more important than the security I had once possessed.

Undoubtedly, however, it is not the travel experiences or the social good work that makes me feel most passionate or alive. It is instead the strong personal relationships that inspire me to be a better version of myself. Feeling inspired by people around me drives that passion and energy and gives me purpose to pursue what I know to be right. It is their authentic, driven, and kind characters that make me ask the question “how can I do this better?”

After all, I also feel very passionate and alive when I discover new and meaningful problems to be solved or areas where there are clear needs for improvement. Being exposed to the limitless possibilities of growth is a driver of change and a motivating force. It gives me something to look forward to and chase. It makes me want to dream big and take the bold risks necessary to ensuring that I do give life everything I have with the passion and conviction I need to feel fulfilled in the journey.
