Acceleration= force/mass
a=f/m
Now mass doubled
a=f/2m→1/2× f/m
So as we can see acceleration got Half.

a = F / m

For constant force (F)
a ∝ 1/m

So, if mass is doubled acceleration will be halved.

Final acceleration = Half of initial acceleration
