what will be difference if in a cultivated land only manure is provided and in another land only fertilizer are provided

In cultivated Land with manure means in that manure increases number of friendly microbes and increase the decomposers and makes the sand pores due to which exchange games become easy and increase soil's fertility bit in fertilizers it doesn't increase the friendly microbes and decomposers and it decrease the soil's fertility and soil loses the fertility faster and only advantage of fertilizers is to grow plants faster
