what will be new resistance of a wire of resistance 80ohms is bent into a circle? please answer fast need help

Friend if resistance of a wire is already given then if u bent it any how the resistance yet would be the same....

malik2000: We have now two resistances of equal length, which is half of the initial length, and they are in parallel.
So we have two 40Ω resistors in parallel.
Req = 40×40/(40+40) = 20Ω
