someones weight on earth is 60kg? thats strange, i could have sworn kg was not a measure of weight...
60kg on earth is 60kg on the moon.
EDIT: how no one was able to give a clear an concise answer, i guess i will.
grams, and all of its related measures such as kilograms, are not measures of weight. they are measures of mass. mass is independent of gravity, and would not change on the earth, the moon, or anywhere else in the universe.
pounds and newtons are a measure of weight, or the gravitational acceleration on a particular mass. this may change, mass may not. so to answer your question.
60 KILOGRAMS on earth is 60 kilograms on the moon.
60 POUNDS (or newtons) would be about 10 pounds (or newtons) on the moon.
60kg on earth is 60kg on the moon.

Answer :
Scientific Fact -
Mass of an object/person does not change.
So if our mass on earth is 60 kg,that mean our mass on the moon is exactlt same, that is 60 kg
However, its weight, that chanes as far as earth and moon concerned.
We know that gravity changes from earth to moon,so wait changes, but never mass.
