it is an arithmetic progression.
where the first term is 1 and the common difference is also 1
an=a+(n-1)d
55=1+(n-1)1
55-1=n-1
55-1+1=n
n=55......now take out the sum of 55terms via this formula_Sn=n/2{2a+(n-1)d}....thanks.

jackson97: the answer will be 1540for sure.
vicky149: thnq
jackson97: Sn =55/2{1*2+(55-1)1}=1540
