What will be the area of a rectangle if it's length is halved and breadth is doubled

let l be its length and b its breadth
Area = length × breadth = l×b
Now , its length = l/2 ; breadth = 2b
Area = L/2×2b = l×b
Therefore , the area remains unchanged.
