Given :-

  • Perimeter of Rectangle = 400cm
  • Length of Rectangle = 80cm

 \\

To Find :-

  • Breadth of the Rectangle

 \\

Solution :-

According to the Question :

➞ Perimeter of Rectangle = 2 ( L + B )

➞ 400 = 2 ( 80 + Breadth )

➞ 400 / 2 = 80 + Breadth

➞ 400 = 80 + Breadth

➞ 200 - 80 = Breadth

120 cm = Breadth

________________

Verification :

⟾ Perimeter of Rectangle = 2 ( L + B )

⟾ Perimeter of Rectangle = 2 ( 80 + 120 )

⟾ Perimeter of Rectangle = 2 × 200

⟾ 400 = 400

Hence Verified

Thus, Breadth of the Rectangle is 120cm
