Content of DNA will be 20 picogram.

The meiotic product of cell refers to haploid nature of cell. Thus, diploid cell will contain double the amount of DNA represented by 2N. Hence, diploid cell will contain - 5*2, which is equal to 10 picogram of DNA.

Now, since S phase witnesses replication of DNA, hence the content will again double. So, 10*2 will be equal to 20. Therefore, 20 picogram of DNA will be in the cell.
