What will be the distance covered by Shalini by taking three rounds around a square
park of side 2 cm

As one round will be equal to perimeter of the square, p=2×4=8cm
So, three rounds will be= 3×p
=3×8=24cm

Find - Distance covered

Solution - (d) 24 cm is the distance covered by Shalini.

The perimeter of the square will be = 4*side.

The perimeter of the square = 4*2

The perimeter of the square = 8 centimetres

Total distance covered by Shalini = 3*perimeter of square

Total distance covered by Shalini = 3*8

Total distance covered by Shalini = 24 centimetres.

Thus, the distance covered by Shalini is (d) 24 cm.
