What will be the effect of passing light through colloidal solution of Sulphur in water?

When the light is passed through the Colloidal solution, there is scatter of light. This is called as Tyndal Effect. The Colloidal solution contains particles that are charged either negative or positive. ... So that when scattered lights falls on them, they move oppositely charged electrode.
