Answer:

\huge\star\underbrace{\mathtt\red{⫷❥ᴀ᭄} \mathtt\green{n~ }\mathtt\blue{ §} \mathtt\purple{₩}\mathtt\orange{Σ} \mathtt\pink{R⫸}}\star\:

Explanation:

Given=>R1=0Ω

=>R2=10Ω

=>R3=20Ω

=>R4=40Ω

\huge\underline\mathtt{Eq.Resistance:-}

=>Req. =>R1+R2+R3+R4 (As resistors are in series).

=>0Ω+10Ω+20Ω+40Ω

=>10Ω+60Ω

=>70Ω

So the equivalent resistance(Req.)across the circuit is 70Ω which is the required answer.
