What will be the equivalent resistance?
The answer is 30 ohms.. can someone give me an explanation..

Answer:

Given:

A circuit consisting of various resistors each of 30 ohm resistance.

To find:

Equivalent resistance of the circuit

Trick:

First find out the simplest circuit diagram. This can be done by assigning potential drops along the wires.

Once potential has been assigned, simplest circuit can be done.

Now notice if the resistors are in series or in parallel. Then find the Equivalent resistance.

Observation:

Once the simplest circuit diagram is drawn, you will be able to notice that one part of the resistors are not involved in the circuit.

Equivalent resistance comes as 30 ohms.
