Substitute those values in Planck’s equation

ν = 2 eV / 6.626 x 10(-34) J s

Convert J into eV,

1 J = 6.242 x 10(18) eV

ν = 2eV/6.626 x 10(-34) x 6.242 x 10(18) eV s

Frequency = 4.8 x 10(14) s-1
