In math, Composite numbers can be defined as the whole numbers that have more than two factors.

Actually we can describe that Composite numbers are products of Prime numbers.

According to the definition, the smallest composite number is 4, which is the product of two prime numbers ( 2×2).

A number that is divisible only by itself and 1 is considered as a Prime number.

∴ H.C.F. of two composite numbers  :-

( 4, 4 ) will be 2, and that is a prime number.

[ 4 = 2 ×2

4 = 2 ×2]

Ans :-  The H.C.F. of two composite numbers will be Prime number.
