Here the given three numbers are 3, 7, 21

Now the LCM of 3, 7, 21 = 21

Now the highest three digit number is 999

If we divide 999 by 21 we get 47 as Quotient and 12 as Remainder

So the highest three digit number completely divisible by 21 is 999 - 12 = 987

So the highest three digit number completely divisible by 3, 7, 21 is 987

Now we have to find the highest three digit number which when divided by 3,7and 21 leves reminder 2

So the required number is

$= 987 + 2$

$= 989$
