Heya!❤️

Solution :

Volume of pit = Length×Breadth× Height

(8 \times 6 \times 3) { m}^{3}

144 { m}^{3}

Since labour charges are at the rate of Rs 20/m^3

Total labour charges =

(144 \times 20) = rs2880

Hope this was helpful

Answer:

Rs  2880.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given :

Length ( l ) = 8 m

Breadth ( b ) = 6 m

Height ( h ) = 3 m

And cost of digging is Rs 20 per m^3

First find the volume of Cuboidal pit

We know formula for volume of Cuboidal

\large \text{$volume=length \times breadth \times height$}

Putting values here we get

\large \text{Volume of Cuboidal pit = $8\times6\times3 \ m^3$}\\\\\\\large \text{Volume of Cuboidal pit =$144 \ m^3$}\\\\\\\large \text{If cost of digging 1$ m^3$ = Rs 20}\\\\\\\large \text{So cost of digging 144$ m^3 = Rs \ 20\times144$}\\\\\\\large \text{Cost of digging 144$ m^3 = Rs \ 2880$}

Thus we get answer.
