firstly find the side of square

area of square=side^2

484=side^2

side=22 cm

as we know that diagonal of square perpendicular bisects each other

so there is right angle is formed in which sides forming right angle are congruent

and hypotenus is side of square

Let side forming right angle be x

so by Pythagoras theorem

x^2+x^2=22^2

2x^2=22×22

x^2=22×11

x^2=242

x=root242

=11×root2

diagonal =22×root2

Sarth45: Hm
Sarth45: My pleasure
iamsostuckShiv: But can u give me the answer coz I am In a bit of hurry...
