What will be the mass/mass
percentage of a solution
containing 30 gm of common salt
in 220 gm of water ?

Answer:

mass of solute= 30 gm

mass of solution = 30+220 = 250 gm

concentration =

mass of solute/ mass of solution *100

concentration= 30/250 * 100

= 12 %
