Answer:

HCl = 36.5 % = 36.5 g ( solute)

solvent   =   (100 - 36.5)% =  63.5 % = 63.5 g

Molality = (n / molar mass)* (1 / mass of solvent ( in kg))

               = (36.5 / 36.5) * ( 1000/ 63.5 (in g))

              = 1 * (15.75)

             = 15.75 m         OR    15.75 molal

Answer:

\underline{\Huge{\texttt{15.75 molal}}}

Explanation:

HCl = 36.5% = 36.5 g ( solute)

Solvent  =   (100 - 36.5)% =  63.5 % = 63.5 g

Molality = (n / molar mass) × (1 / mass of solvent ( in kg))

              = (36.5 / 36.5) × ( 1000/ 63.5 (in g))

              = 1 × (15.75)

              = 15.75 molal
