molarity is no. if moles of solute per volume of solution (in litre)
therefore moles of NaCl is 5.85/58.5=0.1
volume of solution is 0.5 litre
molarity =0.1/0.5=0.2

The molarity is calculating the moles of solute per volume of solution that is taken in litre.

It has to analyse with moles of NaCl is equal to 5.85/58.5=0.1.

Therefore, the volume of solution is identified with 0.5 litre and therefore molarity is calculated as 0.1/0.5=0.2 The moles of solute per volume can be measured as 0.2.
