What will be the observed colour of the sky on a planet where there is no atmosphere?why?

No color, the sky will be clear as if you were in space. You will see the sun clear and no light will be scattered and you can see the stars more clear.

In the absence of any atmosphere, there will be no scattering of sunlight and the sky will appear dark.
