potential difference will be same I.e. 6V . bcoz the resistors are connected in parallel combination .and in parallel combination, potential difference remains same.

you can calculate effective resistance bt it is only waste of time coz by the principle you must have use value of potential difference equals to 6
if internal resistance is given then potential dofference is not equals to E

6 volt coz potential difference remains same when resistance are connected in parallel.
