To find,

The pressure.

Solution,

$Pressure = \frac{Force}{Area}$

⇒ $\frac{30}{120\times 10^{-4}} = \frac{30 \times 10^{4}}{120} = \frac{1}{4} \times 10^{4} = 0.25 \times 10^{4} =2500\ pa$

Therefore pressure is 2500 pascals.
