Given
Force =30N
Area=120cm

Pressure =force/ area

=30/120 =1/4 N/cm²

=0.25N/cm²

Or if we take area in meter

Then

Pressure =30/0.012

=2500N/m²

This is ur ans hope it will help you

Dear Student,

● Answer -

P = 1667 Pa

● Explanation -

# Given -

F = 20 N

A = 120 sq.cm = 120×10^-4 sq.m

# Solution -

Pressure exerted by the force on the walls is calculated by formula -

Pressure = force / area

P = F / A

P = 20 / (120×10^-4)

P = 1667 N/m^2

P = 1667 Pa

Hence, pressure exerted by the force on the walls is 1667 Pa.

Thanks dear. Hope this helps you...
