What will be the sign of the product,if we multiply together 8 negative integers and 1 positive integers?​

Answer: negative since we know ,  a positive + negative= negative

                         or  negative + positive = negative

now let's multiply these:-

-8×-7×-6×-5×-4×-3×-2×-1×2

=56×30×12×2×2

=80640

Now let's see how it happened..

This is because when we multiply two numbers with same sign , the answer is always positive and when we multiply two numbers with opposite signs , the answer is always negative.

In the given problem , we were having 8 negative and 1 positive integers.

So on multiplying all the 8 negative integers in pairs,

we get 4 positive integers and 1 positive integer remaining from the question itself.

So on multiplying all the 5 positive integers , the answer will probably positive.
