what will be the size of the image of an object if magnification of the image is given

vinayakchoubey38: A negative magnification means that the image is inverted with respect to the object. If you treat the object and image height as signed values (e.g. in a Cartesian coordinate system), then the usual magnification formula naturally gives a negative magnification whenever the image is inverted.
