Answer: 5 am

Explanation:

Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) is the mean solar time at the Royal Observatory in Greenwich, London and it is always counted from midnight.

The calculation is always done as follows : - It is 4minutes/ degree while coming towards East, if it is + means then you are suppose to add when going towards West, it is minus.

Each degree longitude will makes a difference of 4 minutes (while leading towards east and lagging towards west).

70 DEGREES CORRESPOND TO 70*4 = 280 min (i.e) 5 hrs

TIME AT 70 DEGREES EAST OF GREENWHICH THEN 12 + 5 = 5 A.M

Hence, the time would be 5 am.

Hope it helps!
