Azimuthal quantum(l) = n-1
So, n=l+1 , where n is principal quantum no.

And
Magnetic quantum (m) = -l———0———+l
Therefore m= -1———0———1
Hence, m= - 1 , 0 , 1 .
Last but not least,
Spin quantum (s) = +½ and -½.
