Question

What will be the weight of 0.1 mole of CaCO_3 in grams ?

Answer

Given that ,

0.1 of CaCo3 in grams

Molecular weight is =40+12+3×16 = 100g/mol

∴ \: moles =  \frac{gram \: weight \: }{molecular \: weight \: }

0.1 \:  =  \frac{gram \: weight \: }{100}

∴ gram weight = 100×0.1 = 10g

gram weight is 10g
