In case of a spherical and isotropic Earth with no Moon or other celestial bodies around, the weight would reduce to zero (a consequence of Gauss’ Law and the fact that gravity is a central force). Otherwise, the weight would be given by the resultant gravitational pool of other celestial bodies and/or the effect of anisotropic mass distribution of the Earth. The effect of Earth’s anisotropy and/or presence of other celestial bodies on the weight depends on the mass of the object.
