2molecules of nitrogen combine with 6 atoms of oxygen  

Molar mass N2 = 28g/mol

14g = 0.5 mol N2

80% reacts = 80/100*0.5 = 0.4mol N2

1mol N2 = 6.022*10^23 molecules

0.4 mol N2 = 0.4*6.022*10^23 = 2.41*10^23 molecules

This will react with (2.41*10^23)* 6/2 = 7.23*10^23 atoms of oxygen.
