1)Ribosomes are the primary site of protein synthesis in a cell. if ribosomes are removed from acell, that stops. It also depends on whether the ribosomes are removed from the cell organelles. ... If the ribosomes are removed from them, protein synthesis stops completely.
2): If the plasma membrane ruptures or breakdown then the cell will not be able to exchange material from its surrounding by diffusion or osmosis. There after the protoplasmic material will be disappeared and the cell will die.

here's your answer......
1. the main function of ribosomes is to synthesis protein. ribosomes are dense, spherical and granular particles attached to ER(endoplasmic reticulum) or occur freely in the matrix(cytoplasm). chemically, the major constitutions of ribosomes are the ribonucleic acid(RNA)and proteins.if the ribosomes are removed then the cell will not gain thr proteins which is very important.
2. plasma membrane is the outermost covering of the animal cell, whereas in plant cell, a cell wall surroundes it. the plasma membrane is made up of organic molecules called lipids and proteins. the plasma membrane os selectively permeable as it allows only specific materials to move in and out of the cell. it performs certain physical activity, such as diffusion and osmosis.if the plasma membrane ruptures then any foreign body will enter the cell and the will get damaged.
I hope it will help you.......
