1.Without a nucleus, the cell will not know what to do and there would be no cell division.

2.If the plasma membrane ruptures or breaks down the cell will not be able to exchange materials from it's surroundings by diffusion or osmosis. ...

3.When rheo leaves will be boiled, it will shrink due to high temperature. The solute content inside the leaves will come out due to osmosis at first while heating. Further heating and boiling will destroy the cells. So, after addition of sugar syrup no more osmosis will take place.

4.if there is no golgi apparatus, the plasma membrane would be affected because it needs to be able to grow larger for cell division
