then individual North Pole and South Pole form for both pieces of magnets

If bar magnet is broken into two pieces then each would have a North Pole and South Pole,there is no chance of existing of a uni-polar magnet.

And if the two pieces are again broken into four pieces then it would also have both North Pole and South Pole.
