What will happen if a convex mirror is used in this experiment instead of concave mirror?? Plz answer it fast..

concave mirror is also known as converhing lens bcoz of this reason it is used in this experiment.

if we use convex mirror( diverging mirror) the light rays will not meet at a point and the experiment will show the wrong result.
