What will happen if a drop of ink is placed gently at the base of a beaker containing water ?

ink will mix with water.after sometime you can't distinguish the ink and water.

If a drop of ink is placed gently at the base of a beaker containing water then because of diffusion the ink particles will get diffused with the water molecules. The ink will mix with the water solution . Also we will not be able to distinguish between ink and water.
