A needle cannot attain the speed of light. Screw the physical impossibility, it’s not even theoretically possible. You might as well ask us “What would happen if the color yellow were an apple?”. But I am still going to try to answer this question because why not?
The only way a “needle” could travel at the speed of light is if it were massless, because it is immposible to accelerate an object to the speed of light. Our only option is to turn the needle into a beam of pure light, so that it can actually travel at the speed of light, which then means that the needle isn’t a needle anymore, so your question still wouldn’t technically be answered (which is why I had that mini rant at the start)
