a It wouldn't be able to produce proteins for the other cells. Ribosomes are to create protein for the cells. So if the celldidn't have ribosomes they wouldn't be able to produce protein for the other cells. It would cause the cells to stop working. If there were no ribosomes in the cell then there would be no MRNA.

b If there was no Golgi apparatus, the proteins would float around not knowing where to go. Other cells and organs in the body wouldn’t function properly because they didn’t receive the products from the Golgi. For example, a specific type of liver cell called a hepatocyte produces albumin (the main type of plasma protein). The albumin is made almost entirely within the liver. The Golgi apparatus in the hepatocyte transports the albumin out of the liver to become part of the plasma portion of blood. The Golgi also transports VLDL (very low-density lipoproteins), a type of fatty acid, to be stored in adipose tissue (a storage site for fat).
c
If the plasma membrane ruptures or breakdown then the cell will not be able to exchange material from its surrounding by diffusion or osmosis. Thereafter the protoplasmic material will be disappeared and the cell will die.
