What will happen if all the decomposers are removed from an ecosystem?

If all the decomposers are removed from ecosystem;

1.Complex organic matter will not be broken and would never be returned to their original pools like soil ,air and water.

2. Nutrient cycles will be disturbed and would soon be exhausted and evolution of life would come to an end.

3. Balance in the ecosystem will be disturbed.

4. Waste materials will get accumulated.

Thus,the decomposers organism helped in recycling the materials in the ecosystem so that the process of life may go on and on like an unending chain.
