What will happen if all the deers are removed from a forest

the trophic level which eat deer do not survive and they die.

This will interrupt the food and cause an imbalance in the food chai and causes ecological imbalance. The grass or plants whicha are consumed by the deer would grow enormously while the lions or the carnivores which feed on the deer will die due to starvation.
