IF ALL THE DEPOSITER WENT TO DEPOSIT THEIR ON SAME DAY THAN THE BANK WOULD RUN OUT OF CASH. IN THIS CASE RBI WOULD ENTER THE SITUATION AND PROVIDE A SUPPLY OF MONEY. IT SEES THAT PEOPLE DO NOT LOOSE FAITH IN THE CREDITS OF BANKING.
