they will become flaccid as the water from RBC comes out

because the surrounding has saline solution means more content of salt ..i.e. hypertonic solution....

so that OP in surrounding increases

as we know water moves from low OP to high OP

Heya mate, here's your answer

In case of saline solution the RBC will shrink.

This is due to exosmosis.

The salt solution outside is more concentrated as compared to the RBC and thus the water flows outside the RBC.
