What will happen if blood rich in oxygen and blood rich in carbon dioxide mix with each other?

As we breathe in air we also exhale carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide in a cellular metabolism. It is produced as a waste product. Simultaneously most of the carbon dioxide is converted into bicarbonate. However, there is a proper mechanism of the circulatory system. There should be balanced concentration of carbon dioxide and oxygen. If blood rich in both concentration gets mixed then this will disturb the human circulatory system as this will also combine carbon dioxide to combine with hemoglobin which leads to the formation of carbo hemoglobin. This ultimately leads to the death of a person.
