If blood rich in O and blood rich in CO2 mixed together then we find the following traits :
1. Blood will lack thr oxyen rich pigments.
2. Warm blooded animals like human can't be able to if this gets happens.
This is avoided in humans by providing separate chambers with walls, in heart.
